YOU NEED TO BUY TIRES.   They are shot.  That’s it.  Otherwise the bike is completely ready to go.
2013 Diavel Carbon.  As you can see it’s got very low miles.  Never dropped.  No stories.  I’m 49 years old.  It has some carbon bits: front mud, rear mud, headlight fairing.  All pictures.  A couple of small scratches and I don’t know where they came from.  Probably little rock chips.  They are pictured on the air intake panels both sides.  Left has 3 small scratches.  Right has 1.
