This is a beautiful vintage shell cameo.  It could be worn as a pin or a pendant.  It is made out of 14k solid white gold.  The cameo measures approximately 1 3/4″ tall including the bail and 1 3/8″ across.  It weighs a total of 10.73 grams.  The woman is beautifully carved and surrounded in an intricate gold filigree frame.  The pendant is in great vintage condition and looks gorgeous when worn.  Thank you for looking!
